You will need:

✔️ 400 g of biscuits (I used La Mole biscuits with almonds)

✔️ 400 ml of cream

✔️ 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

✔️ Vanilla

✔️ fruit as desired (I used blueberries, peaches and apricots)



Put pre-chopped biscuits in a glass, add cream, add finely chopped fruit, cream and fruit again, then pour glaze and decorate as desired.



Keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.



For the chocolate glaze you will need:

✔️ Butter 50 gr

✔️ Sugar 2 tbsp

✔️ cocoa 1 tbsp

✔️ milk 1 tbsp



Put all the ingredients in a bowl and put it on a low heat until the butter and sugar melt, stirring constantly, let it boil for 1 minute on the stove and let it cool down and use it to decorate desserts.
