In case of purchasing the product online, the amount will be deducted from the card.

Upon arrival at the courier, it is essential that the buyer and the courier inspect the product and sign it to confirm that it is indeed undamaged.

The buyer is entitled to request a refund if:

• The product purchased is different from the product posted / described on the website.
• The product does not meet the standards described on its packaging.
