You will need:
* 1 piece of frozen banana
* 180 ml of iced coffee
* 180 ml of almond milk
* 40 grams of quick-cooking gluten-free oat flakes

Put sliced frozen banana in a blender, add oats, pour iced coffee and milk. Close the blender lid and mix the products together until you get a homogeneous mass. Pour the resulting liquid into a glass and serve.
