Ingredients of sugar-free and gluten-free Gozinak

  • Walnuts - 100 g
  • Lurpak butter - 25 g
  • Arla cream 33% - 150 ml
  • Arla cream cheese - 150 g
  • Alchenero cocoa - to taste
  • Honey - 1-2 tbsp. (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. Preparation of walnuts
    • Choose the walnuts finely and transfer them to the pan. Add the Lurpak butter and stir frequently to prevent burning. Toast the walnuts in a pan until golden and fragrant. After that, transfer to a jar to cool.
  1. Cream preparation
    • Put the Arla 33% cream with a mixer until you get a soft and fluffy consistency. If desired, you can add 1-2 tbsp. honey for sweet taste.
    • Add Arla cream cheese to the cream mass and beat again until you get a homogeneous and thick cream.
  2. Gorzinak formation
    • Place the cooled walnuts in desired shapes (for example, round or square). You can use silicone molds to make it easier to remove the gorse.
    • Garnish each slice with prepared cream and sprinkle lightly with alchenero cocoa for extra flavor.
  3. Cooling
    • Place the gozinak in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that the cream cools down well and the dessert gets the desired structure.
