Ukrainian salyanka with Elpozo sausages

6 pieces on Chorizo Nobel

Turkey sausage 5 pcs

Pickles 5 pcs

Onion 1 tsp
Garlic 3 kb
Bay leaf 1 tsp
Parsley, coriander, fennel 4-4 stalks
Tomato juice 5/6 tsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste

This is a dish that has lots of interesting flavors, is undoubtedly rich and caloric, but if you have not tasted it, you should definitely prepare and taste it.
There are many options for Ukrainian salyanka, made with vegetables, sausages and any meat. I suggest you to make with delicious Elpozo sausages.
First, fry the onion with the sala. As soon as the onion turns golden brown, add the finely chopped garlic. Then add the chopped sausages. Slightly fry. Then add the tomato juice and tomato paste. Simmer well on low heat for a few minutes, add pickles and olives, as well as beef broth, enough to cover the sausage and have enough juice.
Add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Boil for a few minutes. Finally add the chopped herbs and turn off the stove.
Individually add one slice of lemon and 1 tbsp sour cream to the plate.
