This is a dish that has lots of interesting flavors, is undoubtedly rich and caloric, but if you have not tasted it, you should definitely prepare and taste it.

There are many options for Ukrainian salyanka, made with vegetables, sausages and any meat. I suggest you to make with delicious Elpozo sausages.

First, fry the onion with the sala. As soon as the onion turns golden brown, add the finely chopped garlic. Then add the chopped sausages. Slightly fry. Then add the tomato juice and tomato paste.
