Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil

200 g of mussels

200 g of shrimps

2 tablespoons of butter

2-3 cloves of garlic

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup dry white wine

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 cup of cream

300 g of spaghetti

Salt and pepper to taste

Parsley for serving




preparing rules:
Put salt in boiling water and cook the paste for 10-12 minutes.

Pour olive oil on a heated pan and prepare the mussels and shrimps. Fry the thawed seafood for 1/2 minute on both sides and transfer to a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

In the same pan, melt butter, fry garlic, add red pepper flakes, pour white wine and lemon juice. After 2 minutes, add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat, while stirring.


Place the mussels in the cream sauce and then the cooked pasta. Add 1/2 cup of paste to the broth and leave it on the fire for 1 minute.




At the time of serving, add finely chopped parsley and enjoy.
