A dish with fried rice and fried chicken cubes

You will need:
500 g of rice
500 g of chicken fillet
150 ml of cream
200 g of cheese
50 g of butter
20 ml of olive oil
green onion
20 ml of soy sauce
20 ml balsamic black pepper
salt
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp corn starch
boiled water

First of all, we prepare rice. Put selected, unwashed rice on a heated pan and roast it until golden. As soon as it gets the desired color, take it out of the pan, wash it well and leave it to drain in a colander.

We close the pan and place the chicken cut into cubes on the pan. We add olive oil and close the lid so that it evaporates and the chicken starts cooking. You need exactly 1 minute for this.
After 1 minute, the chicken will turn white and add butter and cook again for 3-5 minutes. After this time, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and starch.
We start mixing.
Salt to taste, black pepper, ginger
We add cream, mix well and put it on our roasted rice. (roasted rice will give your rice dish a completely different taste) and pour boiling water to cover the rice well (you can replace the water with chicken broth, it will be even tastier)
If the water dries up and your rice is still not cooked, you can add a little more liquid. The rice should not be overcooked, the rice should be so-called "al dente", which in Italian means "to the tooth".
