Ingredients:
• Neutral sunflower oil - ½ glass or 125 ml
• Acacia or spring honey- ½ glass or 125 ml
• Salt - 1/3-1/2 teaspoon
• 4 grain mix (barley, rye, oats, wheat) – 1 cup
• whole oat grain (rolled oats) – 2 cups
• Pumpkin seeds - 50 g
• Pecans - 60g
• Cinnamon - 2/3 teaspoon
• Chocolate, milk - 1 bar (85-90g)
Method of preparation: mix oil, honey and salt together, mix well, then add grains, nuts and seeds, and then add cinnamon. Stir well so that everything dissolves in the liquid.
Then, transfer it to a parchment-lined tin plate and bake it at 150 degrees for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, we will stir it and continue baking.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool and add the chocolate.
Eat fully, at room temperature, after cooling.
Granola with coconut fat Ingredients:
• Coconut fat - 125ml or ½ glass
• Maple syrup - 125ml or ½ glass
• 4 grain mix (barley, rye, oats, wheat) – 1 1/2 cups
• whole oat grain (rolled oats) – 2 1/2 cups • Akaju (cashew) – 70-80 g
• Mix of nuts with raisins - 90g
• salt - ½ teaspoon
• Dry berries or fruits - 80 g

We melt the coconut fat, mix all the ingredients together, distribute and combine well, place on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees, 20-23 minutes, or until golden.
