Burrata and peach salad

A delicious salad made with a combination of burrata and peaches is a masterpiece of Italian cuisine, which is quite easy to prepare.
To prepare 2 servings you will need:
2 burrata
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 peach
150 g of lettuce (arugula, iceberg and others)
½ red onion
¼ cup walnuts
150 g cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of basil
Salt, pepper to taste
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
preparing rules:
Let's wash the lettuce leaves, dry them well and divide them by hand.
Fry the peaches in a little butter and olive oil on a grill pan, cut the onion into desired pieces. Cut the walnut into large pieces, cut the cherry into two.
To assemble the salad, arrange the lettuce leaves, cherries on a plate, add salt, pepper, onion, basil leaves, walnuts, put burrata and fried peaches in the center. Pour oil and vinegar, add additional pepper, if desired.
