Brie and peach salad

For 4 servings of salad, you will need the following ingredients:
2 peaches
10 g of Lurpak butter
1 Briette cheese (blue)
300 g of arugula
½ head of red onion
10 g basil or chives
Olive oil, white wine vinegar, coarse sea salt, pepper to taste
Chop the peaches and brown them on a grill pan with a little butter.
Cut cheese into triangles, onion into rings.
Arrange on a serving plate first the arugula, then the grilled peaches, cheese, onion, basil, drizzle with oil and vinegar, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
