Potato cream soup with cheese and bacon
Various cuisineIngredients for 4 portion:
✔️700 grams of potatoes
✔️300 grams of red lentils
✔️100 g bacon
✔️1 Onion
✔️300ml vegetable broth (dissolve 1 cube in 300ml water, or use in a vegetable broth)
✔️250 ml cream
✔️250 ml of milk
✔️75 g Cheddar
✔️50 g butter
✔️1 pinch of salt
✔️ pepper
✔️ Green onions
Boil potatoes and lentils, drain water, Stir fry onions in butter, grate the cheese and fry the bacon. Blend fried onions, lentils and potatoes until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add broth, milk, cream, salt, pepper and let stand on a low fire when it boils, add the cheese, leave it for 2 minutes and let it stand, we can serve it. Before serving, add fried bacon, pieces of cheese and green onions to the soup.
