To prepare the chips you will need:

✔️ Tortilla bread (or lavash) cut into desired shapes

✔️ Olive oil

✔️Salt

✔️ Pepper

✔️ Paprika

✔️ Roasted red pepper

 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

 

Tzatziki sauce:

✔️ 1 cucumber

✔️ 3 cloves of garlic

✔️ Dill

✔️ 1 lemon

✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil

✔️ 150 g of cream cheese

✔️150 g sour cream

 

Grate the cucumber, squeeze it in gauze, grind the garlic, chop the dill, squeeze the lemon, add the oil, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and combine this mass. Toss with chopped dill and the Tzatziki sauce is ready.

 

Guacamole:

🍅 1 tomato

🥒 Half a cucumber (not needed but I used it)

🥑 Half an avocado

🧅 1/4 head onion

🥬 Coriander

🍋 Lemon or lime juice

🧂 Salt / Pepper /

 

Chop everything into small cubes, pour lemon juice, add salt, pepper and it is ready.

 

You will also need cucumbers, carrots, radishes, olives and tuna peppers.
