Fasting Food
You will need:
✔️ 250 g flour (gluten free)
✔️ 150ml warm water, or vegetable juice (beetroot / spinach) for desired color
✔️ 7 g of yeast gluten free
✔️ 20 ml of olive oil
✔️ 1 tbsp sugar
✔️ 0.5 tsp salt
Place all these ingredients in a mixer bowl and start with a slow stirring, then speed up, you should get a dense dough. Place the dough in a separate bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and place in the heat to rise. Knead the dough, roll it out, cut it into long slices, add olive oil, add salt and pepper mix and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
To get beet juice, you need to pour 200-250 ml of boiled water beets cut into 50 grams of cubed beets and blend them, then strain them and use them to knead the dough.
For spinach juice, pour 150 grams of spinach 200 ml of boiled water mix it and strain it. Use to knead the dough while it is still warm.
Out of one serving, you will have 12-15 pieces of Grissini
