Biscuits "Walkers" 180 gr.
Butter "Lurpak" 75 gr.
Cottage cheese "Savushkin" 800 gr.
Cream "Arla" 250 gr.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Vanilla 10 gr.
4 eggs
cream:
Cream "Arla" 200 gr.
Vanilla 10 gr.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Crush the biscuits well and add the melted butter.
Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
Roll it over the entire surface.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Place cottage cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a bowl.
Mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Bake at 180° for 1-1.5 hours.
Cool and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Pour the cream into the bowl.
Add vanilla and sugar.
Knead until you get a creamy texture.
Top with cheesecake.
Trim as desired.
