Let’s start with fish processing. Remove the fillet pieces.

Finely chop the red and green peppers. Add the sesame seeds, a little wasabi, teriyaki oyster and soy sauce, a little lemon juice and mix well.

 

Add pepper and salt to the fish, roll in a drizzle of nori leaf in water and start frying it on a pan with oil.
