Ingredients:

Walnut - 100 gr

Lurpak butter - 25 gr

Arla cream 33% - 150 ml

Arla cream cheese - 150 g

Alchenero cocoa


Finely chop the walnuts and transfer them to the pan, add Lurpak butter. Stir frequently to prevent burning. When it turns brown, transfer to a bowl to cool

Whip the Arla 33% cream with a mixer, add a little honey for sweetness, then whip the cream.

Give the gozinaki a round or desired shape and decorate the top with cream

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
