Ingredients:
  • 200 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 200 ml of lukewarm water
  • 170 ml of oil
  • 15 g of fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 680-700 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter per bun
  • Sesame seed
  • 2 egg yolks
preparing rules:

Place the dough ingredients in a deep bowl. Add flour little by little and knead well. Cover and leave to rise for about 45 minutes.

Transfer the dough to the work surface. Divide the dough into 12 balls and brush each with 1 teaspoon of butter. Roll the dough by hand to the size of a plate and roll it like a roll. Start with the first roll, twist both sides in opposite directions, join the two ends and place on the baking sheet. Cover the piece and leave for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Brush the butter rings with egg yolk and bake for about 20 minutes until golden.

Immediately after removing from the oven, cover with a cloth (about 10-15 minutes) to further soften.
