Cake Zebra

We will need:

Lurpak butter 100 gr

Sugar 150 gr

Vanilla 1 pack

Soda 2 tsp

Flour 190 gr

Cocoa 10 gr

Eggs 3 pcs

Matzoon 220 gr

* Baking form with a diameter of 20 cm;

* All ingredients must be at room temperature

Add sugar to softened butter, mix well. Add eggs one by one. Also vanilla. Then add the matzoon. Add soda to the flour, add the egg mass. The cake dough is ready.

Add cocoa to 1/3 of the dough.

Make a cake, 3 tablespoons white dough, one tablespoon cocoa dough and so on

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake until fully cooked. We check with a wooden stick, we will cut it in the middle, if the dough does not come out, it is ready
