For the heart you will need:
✔ 400 g of Imerian cheese
✔ 200 g of mozzarella or sulguni
✔ 1 egg yolk
✔ 3-4 boiled eggs
Grate the cheese, add the egg yolk and knead, make 3 pieces of 200-gram balls.
Dough ingredients:
Sterilgarda milk 300 ml (warm)
Yeast 8 gr
sugar 1 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Egg 1
Lurpak Danish butter 50 g (melted)
cream 3 tbsp
flour 500 g (+50 g)
Add sugar, yeast to milk and mix well. Add melted butter, cream, egg, beat again and add flour, salt.
Knead the airy dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. After the time has passed, knead the doubled dough. Transfer to the work table and divide into 3 equal parts. The dough should be 300-320 grams. Place a 200-gram cheese ball and a boiled egg in the heart. Connect the sides, give it a moon shape and cover it with the egg yolk and cream mass.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
