Italian pizza ingredients:

Flour 250 gr
Milk 150 ml
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
olive oil 30 ml
Pomi tomato sauce with basil 60-70 gr
Valio Oltermann grated 150 gr
Mozzarella slices 6 pcs
Sausage Salchichon 5-6 pieces
Oregano
Olive oil with pepper

This dough makes 2 pieces / 6 slices of pizza

Pour sugar and yeast into warm milk, leave for 10 minutes. Before activating the yeast, add olive oil and pour it into the mass of flour and salt.

Knead the dough, pour oil over it and let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes until it rises.

Roll out the puffed dough, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, arrange mozzarella slices, salami and put in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven. At the end of baking, sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with peppery Zucchi oil.
