✔️ 500 g of yogurt
✔️ 300 ml cream
✔️ 200 ml raspberry syrup
✔️ 10 g of gelatin
✔️ 150 ml of water
✔️ Half a lemon juice
✔️ Fruit optional - I used blueberries, cherries, raspberries


First soak the gelatin in water for 20 minutes.
 
Then prepare raspberry syrup, 100 g of raspberries + 100 g of sugar, boil 100 ml of water and cool.

I put yogurt, cream, melted gelatin and raspberry syrup in a bowl, mixed it well and put it in the microwave to heat it (you should not boil it). I added lemon juice, crushed fruit to the hot mass, put it in a form (which I pre-opened in a food park) and put it in the fridge to cool overnight. Min 6-7 hours.
