You will need:

4 hot dog buns
250 g of small Dardanelle shrimps
1 lemon
30 g celery stalk
10 g of green onions
30 g of arugula or other lettuce
2 - 3 tbsp. light sour cream
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, pepper to taste
4 pieces of lettuce to assemble the dish



Boil water in a small pot, pour ½ lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of salt and add shrimps, boil for 2 minutes, transfer to a colander and cool.

To prepare the sauce, mix sour cream, ½ lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, mustard and oil. Add chopped celery stalk, onion and lettuce leaves, stir in cooled shrimp.

Pinch the bun, warm it in a pan as desired. Put a lettuce leaf and spread the shrimp mass.
