Dessert With Mascarpone
Italian cuisineWe will need:
Mascarpone / STERILGARDA / -500 gr
Milk / STERILGARDA / -5 tsp
Cream / STERILGARDA / Wipping 36% -200 gr
Sugar 120 gr
Vanilla 2 pack
Sugar flakes 2 tbsp
Dark cocoa 2 tbsp
2 sheets of gelatin (or 8 g of gelatin)
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Then squeeze.
In a saucepan, combine the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla and milk. Heat on low heat for about 5 minutes, without boiling. Keep stirring until you get a homogeneous cream.
Remove the pan from the stove, squeeze the gelatin and add to the mass. Stir again, the gelatin will disappear. Pour the resulting mass into portions in silicone molds, if you do not have the mold in cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
And lastly cream. 200 g of cold cream, add sugar flakes and cocoa. The bowl in which you have to whip the cream is pre-frozen in the freezer, this way the cream will thicken soon and you will get a delicious cream.
Garnish the dessert with cream.
