You will need:
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
2 tbsp of cocoa
A pinch of salt
Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
Use a 235ml glass of water
120 g softened Lurpak butter
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of Zucchi oil
4 eggs
vanilla
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 tsp or a little more red food coloring
1 glass of milk
First mix the butter and sugar together well, then add the oil, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, food coloring and finally the milk.
Add the dry ingredients mix to this bowl and mix with a mixer until you get a uniform mass. There will be no thick dough
Divide the dough into 3 and bake in a heart or round shape for 20-20 minutes.
For the cream:
450 g of Arla cream cheese
200 g of softened Danish Lurpak butter
2 cups of powdered sugar
vanilla
Butter and cream should be at room temperature. First beat the butter well and slowly add the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread the cooled cream on the cooled cake layers and decorate as desired.
