Ingredients needed for dressing
- Wheat - 200 g
- Honey - 100 g
- Vanilla - 1 tsp Boiled milk - 200 ml

Method of preparation
- Put wheat in a pot and pour water. Cook for about half an hour until the wheat becomes soft.
- While the wheat is cooking, finely chop the walnuts, dry fruits and raisins. Also, wash and dry the raspberries.
- Add high quality honey and vanilla. Put it back on the fire and mix it well. Boil for a few minutes until the honey and vanilla are well mixed with the wheat.
- Add finely chopped walnuts, dry fruits, raisins and a pinch of salt to the wheat mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Cool the mixture to room temperature.
- Place the cooled dessert on serving plates. Add raspberries and ice cream to get additional taste notes.
