How to prepare pork with quince
Cut the pork neck into thin slices. Add salt and pepper on both sides.
Cut the quince into thin slices, finely chop half the onion and two cloves of garlic, as well as red and green peppers, coriander and parsley.
Start frying pork on a pan with oil and butter. Parallel to the quince.
After frying the pork slices, put onion, garlic and peppers in the same pan. Add white wine. After boiling, strain it and transfer it to a new pan. Add herbs, a little sugar and salt. The sauce is ready.
Arrange the fried pork and quince on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
