Let’s start with meat processing. Cut into desired pieces. Cut one piece of white onion and a few cloves of garlic. Finely chop the roots of coriander and parsley. Add a little savory, coriander, foreign and root spices, one piece of green pepper and switch to stuffing, put in the meat grinder.
After grinding, stir well by hand and move on to the lettuce leaves. After a few seconds, transfer the lettuce leaves directly to the cold water.
After that we can already assemble the dolma. You can put dolma directly in the baking forms as long as you do not break it and keep the desired shape. Transfer the prepared dough to a baking tray, add a little water and put it in the oven on steam cooking mode for 20 minutes.
Dolma is ready.
