Ingredients:

4 eggs

Sugar 400 gr

Finely grated carrot 250 gr

room temperature butter 250 g

Milk 250 ml

Roasted almonds or walnuts

120 gr

Flour 550 gr

A pinch of salt

Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

10 g of baking powder

One teaspoon of soda



For the cream you will need:

600 g of cream cheese

200 g cream

90 g of powdered sugar



preparing rules:

Beat sugar and butter together with salt and add eggs one by one. Then add grated carrot, milk and flour alternately. Finally, baking powder, cinnamon and toasted walnuts.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. Pour the cream over the cooled cake.

The cream should be whipped well, we also whip the cream cheese, which we add powdered sugar and combine with the cream. We cut the carrot biscuit in half, cut off the end that we don't need, and put the cream on it.
