you will need
110 g of butter
110 g of sugar
2 eggs
110 g of flour
7 g baking powder (baking powder)
1 tsp. Vanilla sugar for the buttercream:
200 g of butter
400 g of powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp. Milk, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line muffin tins with baking paper.
For cupcakes, beat room temperature butter, vanilla and sugar, add room temperature eggs one at a time, continue beating. Finally, sift flour and baking powder, mix.
Divide the dough into 10 cups. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool the cakes before decorating with cream.
For the buttercream, beat room temperature butter until white, add powdered sugar if needed to thin, add milk as needed. You should get a glossy mass that is easy to handle. Food coloring is optional.
