✔️ Mushrooms 500 g canned or fresh Agaricus
✔️ Onion 1 head small
✔️50 Butter 50 gr
✔️Oil 10 ml
✔️Cream 300 ml
✔️ Flour 1 tbsp (10-15 g)
✔️Brie cheese 100 gr
✔️Salt and pepper to taste
✔️ Coriander for serving
Cook mushrooms cut into cubes in butter and oil on a pan, add the onion, continue to simmer until the onion is golden brown, then add the prepared cream and flour mix, salt, pepper, bring to a boil and place the cheese slices. Cover the lid for 1 minute and our dish is ready.
Serve with finely chopped coriander.
