Tomato and mozzarella galette

Tomato and Mozzarella Galette is a family meal that is very easy to make.
Ingredients for the dough:
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tsp basil seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano seasoning
1 egg
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup cold water
180 g of cold butter
The following ingredients are needed for the filling:
2 large tomatoes
Basil paste
Mozzarella
preparing rules:
Place the flour, spices and salt in a high speed blender and mix well. Add cold butter and mix well. Beat eggs and vinegar in a separate bowl and place them in the flour and egg mass and mix again. If the dough does not come together completely, add ice cold water. Transfer the dough to the kitchen surface, knead it and wrap it in cellophane. Keep in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Roll out the dough, spread the basil paste over it, (leave the edge of the dough empty), cut the mozzarella and spread it over the surface of the dough. Cut the tomatoes into thin and flat pieces, dry both sides with a kitchen towel and place them on the mozzarella. Cut out the edges of the galette dough. In the meantime, break the egg, place it in a bowl and add boiling water, beat it and apply it to the part of the folded dough with a brush. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
