Cottage cheese "Savushkin" 200 gr.

Mozzarella "Paslek" 200 gr.

2 cloves of garlic

Spinach 300 gr.

1 egg

Sesame

preparing rules:



Saute the spinach for 2-3 minutes.

Put "Savushkini" cottage cheese and "Pasleki" grated mozzarella in a bowl.

Add grated garlic and chopped spinach.

Sprinkle with cracked pepper and salt.

Cut out 2 triangles from puff pastry.

Spread the mass on one layer.

Put the second layer and make "branches".

Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
