Ingredients:
500-600 g Savoyard biscuits
800 g of mascarpone
300 g cream
200 g of sugar (if you want it sweeter, increase the dose)
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of instant coffee (+300 ml of boiled water)
100 ml of rum

preparing rules:
First, pour boiling water over the coffee and let it cool. Add 50 ml of rum to the cooled one
Separate egg yolks and whites, mix with 100 grams of sugar, put it on a steam bath until the sugar melts, mix it. Prepare Meringue with egg whites and 100 grams of sugar.
Mix the cream with eggs and sugar, mascarpone and beat well, finally add the whipped meringue, finally add the remaining rum. Beat again and the cream is ready.
Arrange as desired, pour the cream into the desired shape and place the coffee-soaked biscuits on it, repeat this way as many times as the shape allows.
Place the assembled tiramisu in the refrigerator overnight, and the next day sprinkle cocoa before serving.
