To prepare pumpkin cream soup, you will need the following ingredients:
Briette cheese with creamy blue cheese
Pumpkin 500 gr
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 3 kg
Lentils 1 cup of coffee
Potatoes 3 pcs
Salt and pepper to taste
pumpkin spice 1/2 tsp
Cream 1 tbsp (per portion)
A little cheese
1 slice of bacon (per serving)
Let's prepare pumpkin cream soup:
Place potatoes, pumpkin, onion, garlic and lentils in a pot. Pour enough water to cover the vegetables well. When the vegetables are cooked, blend the mass. Then add salt, pepper and spices. Boil again. Take out the soup on a plate, pour one tablespoon of cream, put a few pieces of cheese, fried bacon. Add saffron leaves and sunflower seeds for serving.
