Baked potatoes with cream
Various cuisine4-5 pieces of medium potatoes
1 cup of cream
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
150 g grated cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Dill / paprika to peel
Chop the potatoes into round very thin slices. In a deep bowl, mix together the cream, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and then add the potato slices to this mass and massage well. Transfer to a fireproof container. Pack the pieces one after the other until the utensils are completely filled. Pour the remaining cream on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees and add dill and paprika while serving.
