Basque cheesecake is an easy-to-prepare dessert that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients:
Sterilgarda 200 ml 35% cream
1 kg of Sterilgarda. Mascarpone
7 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
400 grams of sugar
vanilla
Basque cheesecake recipe:
Take 7 eggs and add 400 grams of sugar, vanilla and beat until the sugar dissolves. Add cream and sift 1 tbsp. flour. Add 1 kg. Mascarpone and mix.
Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Put the parchment in the baking form, pour the mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes.
An important component of Basque cheesecake is the baked surface. Let it cool down after coming out of the oven.
