Chestnut Puree

You will need:
  • 500 gr. Chestnut
  • 100 ml. Sterilgarda milk
  • 100 gr. Lurpak butter
  • Pepper
  • salt
  • Granarolo Parmesan Reggiano

Preparation:

1. Boil the chestnuts well so that they are easy to split.
2. Heat the Sterilgarda milk with Lurpak butter, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture on selected chestnuts
3. Blend in a blender until you get a puree. If it is too thick, add a little milk.
Grate the granola with Parmesan Reggiano and enjoy
