Cut the pork belly into medium-sized cubes. Fold in into a bowl and add the seasoning spices. Mix well. Drag to zip lock. Add spicy sauce and hot roasted peppers

For the second marinade, add the same amount of meat to the spices and transfer to a zip lock. Also mix.

 

Crush 6 cloves of garlic in a bowl. And transfer to both marinades.

Also in both marinades 4 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt. Add half a liter of beer to both marinades as well.

Store both marinades in the refrigerator overnight.

 

second day :

 

Put the spicy marinade in the pot and stand on the stove.

Transfer the second marinade to a baking dish and start baking at 210 degrees.

Take grains, add it to the beef broth and boil.

Leave on medium heat and close the lid.

Add the juice to the other part which is baked in the oven and add the sauce directly to the baking form and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes at 250 degrees. After 10 minutes, serve.
