💫 250 ml milk

💫250 g sugar

💫100 g butter

💫2 eggs

💫700-750 kg of flour

💫 14 gr. Yeast

💫100 gr. Raisins (optional)

💫100 ml. Oil (for work)

 

Spices

✔️ 0.5 tsp cinnamon

✔️0.5 tsp nutmeg

✔️ 0.5 tsp (cardamom)

✔️1 pack of vanilla

✔️1 piece of lemon juice and zest

💫 Yeast

Mix 3 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sugar and 14 g yeast in 100 ml warm milk. Leave for 15/20 minutes, the yeast should knead well.

💫 Prepare mix with sugar and eggs, add room temperature butter and activated yeast, then vanilla, spices, lemon juice and zest, and finally knead the flour step by step and set the dough for 1 hour.

 

💫 Soft dough knead, roll out slightly into long pieces by pressing slightly. Roll two pieces on top of each other (twist), give shape and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
