Profiteroles
Various cuisineTo prepare the dough you will need:
✔️100 ml of water
✔️ 1 tbsp sugar
✔️ 50 g butter
✔️ 50 g of flour
✔️ 2 eggs
Put water, sugar and butter on the stove, as soon as it boils, add flour and mix until you get a homogeneous mass, then cool and add the eggs one by one, stirring again until you get an airy soft dough. Transfer the dough to a bag and place the desired shapes on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (adjust the baking according to your oven)
When the baking time is up, do not remove from the oven, bake the baked goods for another 5 minutes and then bake.
To prepare the cream you will need:
✔️ 250 ml milk granarolo
✔️ 2 egg yolks
✔️ 75 grams of sugar
✔️ 40 grams of corn starch
✔️ Vanilla
✔️ 50 grams of butter
Heat the milk, prepare the egg yolks and sugar separately, add the starch and pour in the warm milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Add 50 grams of butter to the thickened. Mix the mass well and continue to boil for 2 minutes. The cooked cream is ready. Whisk 50 grams of butter at room temperature until whitened, simmer for 5 minutes, stir in the whipped cream and you can start making the profiteroles.
For chocolate planting you will need:
100 grams of dark chocolate
200 ml of cream
Crush the dark chocolate in a bowl, pour in the cream and stand on a steam bath until the chocolate is completely melted. Mix well and pour the profiteroles.
