Salmon fillet "Leroy" 2 pieces
salt ½ tsp.
Ginger ½ tsp.
cinnamon ½ tsp.
Clove ½ tsp.
Ili ½ tsp.
Savory 1 tsp.

Butter "Lurpak" 50 gr.
ground almonds 50 gr.
bread crumps 70 gr.

Sauce:
Cream "Arla" 200 gr.
Sugar 15 gr.
A pinch of salt
Barberries 1 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 tsp.
Place the melted butter in the bowl.
Add the spice mix: savory, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, pepper and salt.

Remove the salmon fillet.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Pour the cream into the bowl.
Add sugar, salt, barberries and vinegar.
