Let's prepare the cream:

Combine flour, sugar, vanilla, pour cold milk part by part and bring to a uniform mass with constant stirring. Let's put it on the stove and stir until it thickens. As soon as the cream bubbles and thickens, remove it from the heat. Beat the butter until white and gradually add it to the cream until you get a homogeneous mass.


6 egg yolks
225 g of sugar
A pinch of salt
vanilla
75 g of corn starch
650 ml of milk
200 g of butter

We beat the goglimogli until white, add salt and starch. We put the milk on the fire, add the goglimogli mass as soon as it warms up and mix continuously, add the vanilla until it thickens.
