Dough:

30 ml of Zucchi oil
0.5 tsp naturalis salt
500 g of flour, you will need 200 g for work
300 ml of water
10 g of yeast


Contents:

1 kg of beans
Lurpak butter
Salt to taste
200gr sorrentino ham



Knead the dough and leave it for 40-50 minutes to rise well. Knead the dough again and divide it into four parts.

Cook the beans well, blend them, add Ham, Lurpak butter and naturalis salt.

Divide the heart into four equal parts, put it in the dough and wrap it. Roll it well, transfer it to a pan and bake it on both sides at a medium temperature.

Spread the Lurpak butter on top of the beans.
