275 g butter (at room temperature)

175 g of sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla essence

1 egg white + 1 egg yolk

350 g of wheat flour

A pinch of salt

50 g of almonds, finely chopped

Mix 50 g of Ritter's dark chocolate, chopped fine

flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and Lurpak butter well, add egg and knead the soft dough. Mix, place on a baking sheet, add Ritter's black chocolate and almond pieces, put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, take them out and put them in the preheated oven.
12-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy with Dilmah tea
