Burrata of Granarolo
Baguette bread
2 peaches
Strachatella of Granarolo

Burrata

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and pour olive oil, place the Granarolo burrata on top. Sprinkle pepper and garnish with basil leaves.

Strachatella

Cut the peach into thin slices. Spread the strachatella on the bread. Put a peach on top and decorate with basil leaves.
