Oatmeal pizza with fruit
Desserts✔️Gluten-free oatmeal 200 gr
✔️ 2 pieces of banana
✔️ Eggs 2 pcs
✔️ Peanut butter 30 gr
✔️ Vanilla
✔️ Ground gluten-free biscuits (to thicken the dough structure)
✔️ Butter 20 gr
✔️ Yogurt (I used forest berries / peaches and passion fruit)
✔️ Fruits (strawberries, mangoes, grapes, kiwis, bananas)
Mix eggs, bananas, oats and biscuits well, pour this mass on a greased pan, cover with a lid and bake until the head is dry, then turn it over for 2 minutes and the pizza base is ready, add yogurt, and arrange the fruits.
