Ingredients Needed
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 kg blue whey / mawoni (fermented milk product)
- 4-5 sausages
- 1 liter of soda water
- Flour as needed
- Mayonnaise/ketchup to taste
Preparation Instructions
- First, beat the 3 egg yolks well and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Beat until the eggs turn white.
- Add one teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
- Separately, heat 1 kg of blue whey/mawoni and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the whey to ferment.
- Add the fermented whey to the egg mixture. Finally, add flour as needed to achieve a batter consistency.
