Boiled eggs with bacon

8 eggs

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt

Pepper

Dill

Bacon

 

Boil the eggs. Cut in half, separate the hearts and set aside in a separate bowl. Mix the boiled egg yolks with mayonnaise, dijon, salt, pepper until you get a uniform mass. Then redistribute the boiled egg whites. Use dill and finely chopped fried bacon to garnish. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
