Eggs with mayonnaise

To prepare mayonnaise you will need:

1 piece of egg yolk

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp sugar

Salt to taste

Put egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and mustard in a bowl or blender cup and whisk. Start pouring the oil slowly and simmer non-stop. When it starts to thicken, we can increase the oil doses as well. The mayonnaise comes out thick, and if you want it thinner, add oil.

 

To prepare Eggs you will need:

 

  10 eggs (pre-boiled)

  Dill 2 stalks

 Green onion 2 stalks

 Mint 10 leaves

 

Cut the boiled egg in half, remove the heart, mash it, mix the prepared mayonnaise, herbs and we can put the obtained mass again in the egg white and serve.
