Ingredients for the dough:
75 grams of sugar
100 grams of slightly salted Lurpak butter, softened
20 grams of slightly salted butter for Lurpak fat
225 g of flour
A pinch of salt
1 egg
For the content you will need:
6 Tbsp St Dalfour Jam
6 medium-sized apples, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Heat the oven to 160-180 degrees. Mix sugar and softened butter in a mixer bowl. Add flour, salt and mix with egg until we get a dough.
Roll the dough, wrap it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Remove from the fridge and roll again. Place in a pie dish. Place thin slices of apple on the half-baked dough in layers. Heat the jam and spread it on the apples.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160-180 degrees for 25 minutes.
